Caring Doves was founded on the idea in home care services could be revolutionary in providing expanded services and an exceptionally superior client experience. The model for Caring Doves was born out the personal experiences of its founders, Ben & Tina Moore.
Ben’s paternal grandmother (Tina’s mother-in-law), like many other seniors and disabled persons in this area, required living assistance services within her home for many years before she passed in 2018. During the time she required in home services the family used approximately five different home care agencies in the area.
Based on their experiences with these agencies they discovered some essential revitalization and expansion of home care services were needed. Such as the development of stronger personal relationships and personal connections with each individual client. Other important areas of opportunity they identified were dedication and commitment to quality service standards, as well as professionalism and respect when dealing with clients and their families.
Ben & Tina saw a need and opportunity to expand and extend the reach home care and living assistance to an entire family by adding services to meet other important needs for seniors, disabled persons, mothers, children, and pets such as in-home child care services, full-service home cleaning, in-home pet care, vacation home checks, and other important needs.
